Construction of social housing

Construction of social housing and shopping center project: The total construction area is 34.000 sqm. The project is a turnkey project where a shopping center having 8 storages and 2 underground garages has been constructed. Buildings were constructed as a steel concrete. The work was administered under the FIDIC Red Book (Construction) Conditions of Contract. Main Contractor was Alarko Gmbh.
